Our Mission
To empower families by offering autism resources, emotional support, community programs, and educational guidance for children with autism in the Shreveport-Bossier region
What We Offer
IG Autism offers resources for parents and children of autism as well as a resource library for parents with questions about autism.
Throughout the year, IG Autism sponsors the following programs for the Shreveport-Bossier Community:
- Parent resource library
- Early signs and diagnosis guidance
- Treatment and therapy information
Support Groups & Mentorship
Our monthly Parent Mentor/Support Group provides a space for connection, learning, and shared experiences.
Community Programs & Events
We host annual autism awareness and family-centered events including:
- Family Fun Day
- Fall Mental Health Fair
- IG Autism 5K Run/Walk
- Autism Banquet
- Christmas Program
